What is included in puppy classes?

How do puppy classes work?

Puppy classes act as a fantastic platform for your new puppy to socialise from a young age in a safe and secure environment. The classes will cover the following areas:

Recall
Wait (Stay)
Self-control work
Manners (eg. jumping up, snatching)
Lead work
Working around distractions
Focus work
Learning to settle
Overcoming nervousness
Working through excitement

Before attending Wag-A-Lot puppy classes, your dog will need to be fully vaccinated.

You can then sign up for an initial trial session, where you bring your pup along to the class and join in with the activities.

After the trial session, if you both wish to continue, you can then sign up for the next 5 week block.

Where and when do puppy classes take place?

Wag-A-Lot puppy classes take place at my training facilities in Merton, which is a fully fenced and secure 1800m2 field. Being outside emulates the true distractions pups will encounter in day to day life so is a perfect environment for them to learn.

During the winter months, classes take place under floodlights.

Classes take place at 6.00pm on Wednesday evenings.
